Configure your support structure
Easily define types of help requests you want to provide to your frontline workers. Workers can later select from a short list for fast and convenient access. Optionally add additional information to inform the expert of the situation.

Define how tasks get assigned
Decide how a support request should be handled. Who gets notified, when, and for what reasons. You can define various criteria such as nature of the request, priority and location.

Automate delegation and escalation
