Why we started Workerbase.
Every plant knows what slows it down. The problem sits where no system reaches: the work itself. ERP plans production, MES schedules it, machines run automated. But what people do at the station still runs on paper, spreadsheets and memory.

One governed platform for the work itself. It runs next to ERP and MES, connects to both, and lets plants build the applications they need without waiting on a software project. IT sets the rules once, plants build within them, and every application is approved before it runs.

The founders
Workerbase was founded in Munich in 2017. Today around 50 people work across software engineering, AI, manufacturing operations and customer delivery.
